    To pursue M.Tech in Nanotechnology, candidates need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.
    Some of the colleges offering M.Tech Nanotechnology are :
    -Delhi Technological University
    -Karunya University
    -Amity University
    -National Institute of Technology, Surathkal
    -Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS)
    -Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT)

    Scope is good and MTech in nano tech is a good option. Just keep in mind the job situation, Its not that blooomy as of now.

    Electronics Science with communications has a good scope and I think nanotechnology will not support you with electronics and Be/Btech in ECE is the Better Option.
