To pursue M.Tech in Nanotechnology, candidates need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.

* Electrical engineers are in demand in electricity boards, atomic power plants, hydroelectric power plants, thermal power plants robotics, biomedical electronics, power corporations, hydro-electricity sector, production plants, natural gas plants, petroleum, steel and chemical plant

Scope is good and MTech in nano tech is a good option. Just keep in mind the job situation, Its not that blooomy as of now.

Electronics Science with communications has a good scope and I think nanotechnology will not support you with electronics and Be/Btech in ECE is the Better Option.
