What is the scope of English Honors?

Hi Megha, B.A English Honors is a fairly flexible course and offers various diverse careers such as- 1. Management careers - Marketing, Human Resources etc 2. Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, Corporate Communications 3. Media careers like Advertising, Journalism and Film Making 4. Academic careers like Teaching and Research and particularly Training. English Language Training is a big and growing sector in India with jobs freelance and full-time options as an English language trainer or a voice and accent trainer. 5. You could also do an MA or a B.Ed, or MBA or take up some of the Professional courses. 6. You have options of doing an MBA if management and business is your interest or you could do an M.A in English if English is your interest. 7. Studying a foreign language full time can be an excellent career option. Getting an advanced degree (Master’s / PhD ) in studying foreign languages can have an exciting value proposition.
