Hi Education Guide The Courts have interpreted Article 32 and Fundamental Right to Life and Personal Liberty of Article 21 to include the right to pollution- free air and water. Court based its five comprehensive interim orders on the judicial understanding that environmental rights were to be implied into the scope of Article 21.
