6 years agoEvent management is all about using management skills to plan, develop, organize and market events. You can end up in a marketing company. You need to learn a lot in the initial years. After gaining experience of 3-4 years your profile will be more valued in the market. Some of the primary skills one need to have are - Good Negotiable skills, Fluency in your oral communication, Clear/Impactful written communication skills, Creativity is also one of the important skill.
