    The Executive MBA course spans over a year where the programs utilises the team approach to disburse the learning's. The course works in groups and enables each person to learn for each other's experiences. Thus there is diverse sharing of practical knowledge on various topics which results in a very informative and challenging learning experience. The course is formatted in such a way that the students are able to address the inadequacy currently existing in the general management today using scientific approaches.
