    In finance, you're going to get more money as compared to HR and business development but the job which you are going to do in finance is completely different as compared to HR and business development.

    We can not compare these fields but yes, we can always compare the kind of work these both have. And if you talk about the scope then the first be a master of a particular field then the scope word hardly matters.
