8 years agowork exp is a plus point always when u wosh to get into hr. however if ur grades are good as a fresher it should not b a problem -
HR as a function can be pursued by freshers as work ex is not valued much . Placement details of SIBM can be looked at http://www.sibm.edu/welcome/placement_report. No Work ex is not mandatory in HR -
For H.R. placements, entire profile of student is reviewed by recruiters. Many companies prefer freshers for HR recruitment but few companies also give priority if student has work experience.
