    work exp is a plus point always when u wosh to get into hr. however if ur grades are good as a fresher it should not b a problem

    HR as a function can be pursued by freshers as work ex is not valued much . Placement details of SIBM can be looked at http://www.sibm.edu/welcome/placement_report. No Work ex is not mandatory in HR

    For H.R. placements, entire profile of student is reviewed by recruiters. Many companies prefer freshers for HR recruitment but few companies also give priority if student has work experience.
