What is the scope of general MBA in India? Will there be any difference in the salary package of a general MBA and specialised MBA graduate?

You have to select a specialization in the final semester and from there you can decide your interests and the salary package also depends on your stream and its future and MBA from good college with best placement results. I would suggest you UEM, Kolkata for (http://uem.edu.in/uem-kolkata/courses/) this as this college is consistent in placement.

A MBA graduate will always have to pursue a specialisation in final year. However, some colleges do offer dual specialisation. A specialisation helps you build a career in the said area.
