    Dear Khushboo,
HR has a wide scope, although it is slightly underrated. However, its importance in any organization cannot be ignored. If you have a work experience of at least two years, you can actually pursue MBA in HR which is the best option. You can look for senior HR roles in organisations after completing your MBA in HR. You can again decide what to study. If you wish to spread your work level in a wider community, you can pursue MBA in general management. Make your future plans clear. I hope this helps.

The scope of HR is limited. You really have to work hard to stand out. Try pursing Six Sigma and any other certified HR course.
