What is the scope of M.Com if completed from an open university like IGNOU?

There is some scope but not like a regular M.Com. Many companies are not keen enough to absorb a candidate holding a distance degree.

There is no such scope after doing M.Com from a distance or Open University. Rather, I would suggest you to go for regular M.Com from a good college.

There are many good options after completing M.Com, like you can appear for NET exam, and if you successfully qualifies, it then you are eligible for pursuing Ph.D from good reputed Institution and can move to the teaching line at college level, and otherwise you can also apply for government jobs w

There is no such great value of open M.Com courses. Better to go with regular course from any of the institution. It would be beneficial for you than doing it from open.

M.Com is a traditional course. If you complete it with good percentage, there are UGC approved colleges which offer you job prospects along with NET or SET or Ph.D. qualification. Rest as compared to MBA, M.Com has not equal value.
