Mass communication is a huge scope for creative people. Some institute provide Photography in mass communication. So, if you need some extra professional knowledge of Photography than only you have to do any course outside.

Mass communication has a great scope today. You can even do Bachelors in Mass Media and then do a further study in photography.

Of course you can. In fact, after you have done Mass Communication from Amity University Lucknow, you'll have a better knowledge of photography, as it is taught as a separate subject in the first semester. Moreover, you'll get to study Digital Photography as well.

Yes Path, you can do. Mass comm is a course which helps you to explore so many things, and there is a subject of photography in it which will give you much knowledge about the same atleast for 6 months (one semester). Later on you can do photography course to increase your skills and there will be much more practical knowledge.
