Yes, of course, after completion of BA, you can do further MBA. For this, you need at least 50% marks in your graduation & it is compulsory to appear in any entrance exam like CAT MAT SNAP etc. For getting admission to top MBA colleges. Scope of MBA after BA is unlimited. Most students opt for MBA after BA, because it is sought-after. Anyone from any field or degree can do MBA provided he is clear of his goal. Specialization in any field of MBA depends upon your subjects in BA. For example, a person doing BA with majors in English Literature can do MBA (with specialization in Marketing) to further go in the field of Advertising. There's not much relation with the UG course. It all depends how well you can perform in the two years of MBA. The college where you'll take admission is very important. A good institute will most likely help you to land up a good job even if you're a BA graduate, assuming you'll perform well during MBA. However, there are certain companies which shortlists the CV seeing the UG course. But that's rare.
