Entry in army is strictly based on one performance in the open tests. One route is the NDA & the other popular one is post completing graduation through the IMA. They also have short service commission route, wherein a person can work for a fixed number of years and then have the option of retiring & pursuing a career outside the Army. An academic qualification by way of MBA will always help in developing your administrative & team management skills. A career in army is a prestigious one and one should opt for it. -
It is better to join IAS or IFS whivh will get you lucrative jobs in civil services. Mba is more for general management. -
