What is the scope of mutimedia?

Animation offers excellent jobs provided you are rightly educated in this area and develop right skills. Without good skills it is very difficult to get a job. Industry wise it is already a 1.5 Billion Dollar industry in India according to NASSCOM reports and also it more than 80 Billion Dollar industry globally. Thus it is a very big industry. Industry includes entertainment movie/TV serials productions, internet animation content development, AD (TV/Internet/Other) development, Product /Architecture design, Simulation, Game design etc. In india there are already many top 10 global firms. Eg : Technicolour, Dremworks, Digital Juice in Bangalore, Rythm and Hues in Hyderbad, Pixar etc. There are now many indian companies like BIG Animation Studio in Mumbai from our own Reliance, Manipal Studio in Bangalore etc. Lots of holly wood and bolly wood productions are happening in India, like eg : recent Dilli Chalo. Thus you can make a very bright future in this area. But challege is getting in to the best college so that you can get the right training. Many institutes offer Animation courses. But my suggestion to you is that go for any University courses/UGC recognised courses. Hi Priyanka, Multimedia is a huge field and offers career opportunities in various sub streams like animation, graphics, web design, visual effects etc. Getting a job opportunity will depend on your talent and skills developed in a particular stream and as for the wealth is concerned, it will still depend on several factors. Priyanka , you not mention that which degree you completed ? Bachelor or masters . Any ways If you completed your degrees in computers or you are creative or willing to work with creativity then you make your career in animation . course is so good n hot in market regarding for job. all the best
