- To pursue it at postgraduate level, a candidate should have passed B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Life Sciences with a minimum

Nanotechnology is a post graduation specialization and it can not be pursued at degree level. You may pursue B.Tech. in Electronics & communication or Electrical and then pursue M.Tech. in nanotechnology. It does not have much application in industry as of now and mostly restricted to R&D organizati
