What is the scope of Networking? Is it a field job? How much salary is expected in this field?
I am 30yrs old.i am BA general graduate.i am now doing accounting job in a construction firm.

Networking field consist of both field job as well as desk job. It depends on what role you are playing in the company.

Career in Networking is good options for those who enjoy R&D . Growth path is good if you learn advance technologies like CISCO . Field job is initial phase of career then you can work as a system admin , network admin etc.
