After completing NTT, candidates have the option to start working as elementary teachers or play school teachers. They can work as teachers or assistants or day-care facilitator across primary schools or play schools. They also have the option to pursue higher degrees in the field of teaching and education such as D.El.Ed or B.Ed or M.Ed and progress in this field and get attractive job opportunities. They can also work in Anganbadi and other rural educational initiatives for providing inclusive and accessible education to all young children.
