PGDM (RM) is a programme for professionals seeking careers in research, teaching, and specialised knowledge-based positions in institutions of higher learning, research, and development organisations. It covers all aspects of rural management be it Financial, Agricultural, Banking, Technological Advancement and a lot more. Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) has concluded its placements drive for the 41st batch (2020-22) of the flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management) - the PGDM (RM). As per the latest report, the participating recruiters made over 431 placement offers to the batch of 251 participants. Further, the highest and the lowest packages offered during 2022 placement drive were INR 26.50 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively.
