Hi. Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) has concluded its placements drive for the 41st batch (2020-22) of the flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management) - the PGDM (RM). As per the latest report, the participating recruiters made over 431 placement offers to the batch of 251 participants. Further, the highest and the lowest packages offered during 2022 placement drive were INR 26.50 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively. A diverse set of recruiters participated in the 2022 placement drive viz. , business sector, PSUs, state and central governments, NGOs, banks, NBFCs and multilateral agencies. A total of 19 students have received pre placement offers. The prominent recruiters during 2022 placements included Flipkart, CSR, Yes Bank, Adani Wilmar, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank among others.
