What is the scope of PGPM in terms of placement and requirement of employees?

Hello Shivam, it doesn't matter if you are getting degree of PGPM or MBA both are same it's just if you want to work for any Govt institution you need an MBA degree or your PGDM/PGPM should be certified by AICTE.

PGPM is equivalent to an MBA in all terms except that if you want to pursue higher education from abroad then a PGPM isn't useful because institutes won't allow PGPM. But otherwise it has the same effect of that of PGDM or MBA
