What is the scope of pursuing Masters with 2 years of work experience? How much salary can I expect and which is the best college?

I have done B.E in CS with 64% from MU. Which country has better scope for Masters among India or U.S? If India then, is GATE score required to get enrolled in the best college? I mean after spending 2 years of learning, I want to earn good salary. I'll be joining TCS soon.
