Most of the B.Tech graduates who are currently working go for MBA in order to get higher position & salary in the job.
Other trend is that some of them think about changing the field of study & go for management field.
In my opinion, B.Tech graduates have higher opportunity in the field of operations, IT, product management, etc. after pursuing MBA.

If you add MBA qualification to your educational academic, you can get a good job. If you want to get a job in good company, you should have a good percentage i.e. minimum 60% of marks in MBA and good communication skills are mandatory for a job in a reputed organisation.

Most importantly, a lot of companies consider MBA graduates over B.Tech ones. MBA students are given a lot of practical training or field training with companies that hire them. Companies spend a lot of time and enormous money on training these employees. Most undergraduate courses don't provide B.Tech students with proper field training or hands-on experience. List of some of the Top and best private colleges in India are the following
