What is the scope of Retail Sales and Dealer Management?
I am Pursuing BBA(marketing) in final year , recently got a job offer from Godrej offering Rs.25,000 stipend for one year traineeship and Rs.33,000/month in second year , 2 year bond . I want to know the scope of this job for my further career . I want to be at top managerial position .

Best of luck. Do the continue it and FMCG sector is a ever green segment so need not to worry. take experiences then try for the IIM executive level programs to reach the top level in you life but for it need to hard work in every seconds in your life.
