Mh-cet scores come out very late. Till then the admission process of welingkar is done. So you might not be able to use that score. Rural management deals with the rural markets and given the composition of India, rural forms a huge part of it and hence a management degree in that area will be very useful. All the best -

Mh cet scores are accepted with an approximate cut off of 80-85%
Rural management would deal with subjects that equip you with the challenges scope strategies etc
For example a bank posting in a rural area would prefer rural management specialized students
