    No, to be honest, in most ways, it's the same as working for any other private firm, but there are a few benefits and downsides that I'd like to emphasize. Advantages:

    There are multiple job opportunities available in the field of software engineering. As per NASSCOM Indian Software Industry revenues grew by 13% in FY2015 and it added 2,30,000 employees in FY15.
