What is the scope of testing and DBA?

It is recommended that you may look for development role. After few your experience you can branch off to Technical Architect, Project Management, Testing, Quality, DBA, Data Analyst or Business Analyst role etc. Three to four years of development experience will be valuable for all suggested stream

If you do not have development experience you may become not good tester ( it's age of test automation & you will require program skills for this) & DBA.
