A Bachelors and Masters programms are available in Travel and Tourism from various institute having good track record of placement and vocational university as well as IGNOU. But practical experience is must along with studies. So you need to be ready for travel. I advise you to look for such Academic Institution who are focused in providing courses only into Travel & Tourism.
