Two aren't comparable because one is engineering course and another is a degree course. Yet there is a growing demand of BCA and the increase in private engineering institutes. After BCA, you can go for MCA or may look for jobs in IT sector. B.Tech is a highly popular course with high demand everywhere. There are plenty jobs for graduate engineering trainee, junior software engineer, software trainee engineers, and research analysts.
