It depends on the college, if you want a private collection then you can get admission by getting 60 marks in JEE Mains but if you want NITs you need to get 250+ marks.

Marks greater than 200 and All India Rank lower than 8600.

It depends on which college you are applying. If you are applying for some NIT I would suggest to keep your score 170+ to get a decent NIT of Home state and 200+ to get a good NIT.
