Hello, if you score somewhere between 130 and 140 on 200, you will surely qualify and get admission. However, it depends on the difficulty standard of the paper, for instance, for a very difficult paper, the cut-off for NUJS can fall as well. It depends upon each year's exam. You cannot predict cutoff of any entrance exam.
