The total seat intake for BArch is 80. The college provides seat to candidates after selection. Admission to BArch course is based on JEE Main Paper-2 or NATA score. Candidate should be an Indian National and have domicile of Maharashtra state and/ or born in the Maharashtra state to apply for BArch course of JNEC Aurangabad. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for BArch course. Aspirants who have pass Class 10 along with a three-year Diploma with Mathematics as a subject are also eligible.
