SOIL Institute of Management offers MBA equivalent PG courses, namely PGDM, PGPM and PGPM (HR). The total seat intake for all these courses is 480. Admission to the Management course is entrance-based. The aspirants are admitted based on scores in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT followed by group discussion and personal interview rounds.

There are 60 seats available for the one-year MBA programme in human resources at the SOIL Institute of Management, and 120 seats are available for the one-year MBA programme in business leadership.
The PGP-BL programme has a batch size of about 60 students.
The SOIL Institute of Management accepts the following exams: XAT, CAT, NMAT, MAT.
