There are a total of 900 seats in MBBS course of RUHS. The seats are distributed among the 27 affiliated/ constituent colleges. Candidates are offered seat in MBBS programme based on NEET-UG score. Selected aspirants have to participate in Rajasthan NEET Counselling for seat allotment.

There are about 1300 MBBS seats available annually across the various medical colleges affiliated with RUHS.
