    K.J. Somaiya Polytechnicoffers a total of 570 seats for its UG Diploma programme. The seats are allocated based on candidates performance in the admission process, mainly inclusive of application process, selection process, counselling, and final admission. The UG Diploma seats are futher spread across the offered specialisations Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Electrical Engineering has a total of 140 seats.
