  • The UGC NET exam consists of two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. The section-wise weightage of each paper is as follows:
    Paper 1:
    a)Teaching Aptitude: 5 questions (10 marks)
    b)Research Aptitude: 5 questions (10 marks)
    c)Reading Comprehension: 5 questions (10 marks)
    d) Communication: 5 questions (10 marks)
    e)Reasoning (including Mathematical): 5 questions (10 marks)
    f) Logical Reasoning: 5 questions (10 marks)
    g) Data Interpretation: 5 questions (10 marks)
    h) Information and Communication Technology (ICT): 5 questions (10 marks)
