<p>Candidates are selected primarily on the basis of scores achieved in MHT CET or JEE Main for B.E. / B.Tech courses of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any board with core subjects as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates are short listed based on MHT CET entrance test score and centralized counseling follows. Candidates applying through JEE Main will be considered on the basis of merit. Beyond this, candidates also belonging to outside Maharashtra may also require eligibility criteria on the institute's side.</p>
