In the case of candidates belonging to the Maharashtra state, the selection is necessarily done based on MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) or JEE Main scores. Candidates with valid JEE Main scores can also be applied. The final selection is merit-based, based on the performance in the entrance exams along with seat availability. Sometimes direct admissions are also available for management quota seats, but this entirely depends upon the college criteria.</p>
