The selection criteria to get admission into B.E / B.Tech course at St. Ann's College Of Engineering and Technology are as follows :
- Candidate must be 12th passed with a cumulative score of atleast 45% from any recognised board.
- Candidate must clear the cut-off in EAMCET entrance exam or JEE Mains Entrance Exam.

Applicants must have passed the 12th standard in the Science stream or must have completed a Diploma in pharmacy minimum education. Admission is a state-level Entrance test called EAMCET conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit level. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech admission at St. Ann's College of Engineering and Technology is a minimum of 45% in the 10+2 or equivalent examination. Candidates who have passed a Diploma in Engineering are also eligible.
