    To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at Universal College of Engineering, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear either for JEE Mains or for the MHT CET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

    The selection criteria for universal college of engineering for B.E/ B.Tech is that candidates must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects and he must score above 50% in his 12th for general category and for reserved category 40 to 45% is enough and entrance exam that you have to pass are JEE MAINS and state level exam.

In order to apply for B.E./ B.Tech at Prerna Pratishthan's Universal College of engineering and Research, you need to appear for 

1.MH CET - if you're from Maharashtra 

2.JEE Mains - if you're from any other states

 Then you need to apply for the CAP (centralized admission process) counselling on the Maharashtra CET cell website  and fill in your preferences of colleges. 

You'll also need to upload documents for verification . And you'll be alloted a seat on the basis of your rank and preference.

The cutoff for MH CET are based on the candidates categories. Gen- EWS students require a percentile of 75-76 whereas Obc- ncl candidates require  around 73-74 while for SC students the requirement is 51-52 and  for ST students 37 - 38 to secure admission.

NO, you can't get direct admission into the college. In order to get admission you need to appear for the entrance exam i.e MH CET ( if you're from Maharashtra) and JEE main ( if you're from other states) . However If you want to take admission into the second year after the Diploma or B.Sc then you can get admission without any entrance exam. The admission will be then solely based on your merit.
