Admission to MBA is based on CAT, CMAT or KMAT score. The shortlisted candidates are called for GDPI round. Candidates are given a topic of current relevance and are asked to present his/her views on the topic individually and in a group. The objective of GD is to test the knowledge, attitude, communication skills, leadership qualities, etc. of the participating candidates. After attending the group discussion, candidates need to appear for a personal interview with HR experts.
