There are no such selection criteria. Two year work experience is pretty ideal for placements, in fact perfect. You have a good chance.

The selection criteria involves a number of factors. That includes your competitive exam score, your performance in the communication and personal interview round, work experience, academics and extracurriculars. A valid work experience in any field is only going to improve your chances.
