Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma level courses to its students with the admission to the latter being done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exams. Based on the scores attained in the entrance examinations conducted by the college, students for UG and PG levels are given admissions. The two exams are Symbiosis All India Admission Test (AIAT) and Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT).

The selection process for the LLB course offered at Symbiosis Law School, Pune is as follows:
- CLAT: The first step in the selection process is to qualify the CLAT exam. The CLAT exam is a national-level entrance exam for admission to law schools in India. The CLAT exam is conducted by the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
- Personal interview: The candidates who qualify the CLAT exam will be called for a personal interview. The personal interview is conducted by a panel of experts from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
