The selection criteria of Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur includes group discussion and Personal Interview for which students are shortlisted based on their Xavier Aptitude Test score. The selection process is conducted in February. Students who are selected for Group Discussion-Personal Interviews based on their Xavier Aptitude Test score are informed via email of the venue, date, and time. Students have to attend the Group Discussion-Personal Interviews for being eligible for the next round of admission. For more information, click here.

The selection criteria for XLRI is based upon your score in XAT exam, conducted every year for graduate students by XLRI only. Also the students selected in cut off are shortlisted for an interview round.
