<p>The selection of candidates for the interview is done based on the Mains exam. The total marks allotted for the interview are 100. The interview is conducted by the participating banks in co-ordination with IBPS. The marks obtained in the interview are considered for final selection. In interview, candidates are usually asked questions based on the banking awareness and personal details.</p>
