    The recruiters that participate in CEM Kolaghat placements follow the following selection procedure:

    Step 1: Shortlisting candidates as per the company criteria

    Step 2: Aptitude Test/ Technical Test- written or online

    Step 3: Group Discussion

    Step 4: Technical Interview

    Step 5: HR Interview
