    Hi
    So there are 3 things. Psychometric test, group discussion and personal interview. The psychometric test generally constitutes of questions that will judge your aptitude if math and verbal are included and also your behaviour, by asking you the same question in various formats and observing your consistency. This is a computer based test and is conducted in the campus only. The Group Discussion is wherein you will be divided into groups, given a topic, and you will have to discuss on that particular topic.     Hi Supriya,
    The selection process has 3 components:
    1] Psychometric Test: A type of personality test which will help us define you in detail. Questions will be based on aptitude like quantz, logic and verbal as well. Also there would be a few statements where in you have to agree or disagree. Refer some psychometric tests on the internet to get acquainted.
    2] GD: Group Discussion. where a topic will be given to you and you need to discuss and talk over it in a group of 8 or 9.
    3] PI: Personal Interview, based on the form that you have filled up and general questions here and there.
