What is the selection procedure of top companies to recruit MBA holders? What skills do they need? Do they look for marks or anything else?
I have heard that they conduct 8-9 rounds of interview.

The selection procedure totally depends upon the company. Normally, your percentage matters but they also evaluate your personality and communication skills.
