What is the selection process for achiever's round? What should I expect and prepare for the same?

The overall process will be similar to the normal process. But expect a lot of question on your achievements that you mentioned in the form. Make sure you can justify each one and convince the panel.

There will be interviews for the achievers round so prepare well like you would for any other interview. Pay extra attention to the achievements you have written in your application form.
