    The first step in this process is taking the Common Admission Test CAT a computer-based entrance exam that tests a candidate's aptitude and knowledge in various areas, such as Quantitative Aptitude data interpretation, verbal ability, and logical reasoning. Candidates who pass the CAT cutoff are then shortlisted for the second and final round of selection - the Personal Interview.
