The selection process for B.Sc. varies depending on the university or college. Some universities and colleges grant admission based on merit, while others conduct entrance exams. The registration process for B.Sc. admissions 2023 is ongoing in some universities and closed in others.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc. admissions also vary depending on the university or college. For instance, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) requires a minimum of 60% marks or first grade in 12th standard (or equivalent) examination.

However, to get admission in top colleges like NITs/IIITs/IITs, you need to score at least 75% marks

The criteria is to have 60% of aggregate marks from recognised boards for pursuing BSc. The selection process is based on a merit list but they also take entrances.
